From 27 February 2022, Hostonic will no longer be serving any of our services to those based in Russia.
To customers who already have a service with Hostonic and are based in Russia, you’ll continue to be able to use this until the Renewal Date, where your service will automatically be Suspended and any further payments will be Cancelled.
We understand this may cause inconvenience to users based in Russia, however we must protect our infrastructure and under current circumstances in the World, between Russia and Ukraine, it’s near impossible to provide services to those based in Russia.
To all of our Customers based in Ukraine, if you currently have a service with us, this will remain unaffected, furthermore, Hostonic will be waiving and covering the costs of the service you have with us for 6 months. This means customers based in Ukraine will not have to pay until August 2022, where you’ll then be charged the monthly rate for the service you have with us.
Hostonic continue to Stand With Ukraine and will do everything we can to help support the people and their families in and outside of Ukraine.
We will not be taking any calls or support tickets for this query / topic at the moment due to the sensitivity surrounding this topic.
