Dear Valued Clients,
We are excited to announce that Hostonic Hosting will soon be launching BoltByte, our sister company that will be offering hosting services identical to Hostonic. This expansion aims to enhance service quality and customer experience for clients across various regions.
BoltByte will be extending its services to clients in the following countries/continents:
Starting from the 20th of April, we will begin the gradual transfer of clients in these regions to BoltByte. Your service, login credentials, and overall experience will remain unchanged. You will continue to enjoy the same level of service and familiarity under our new brand, BoltByte.
The transition period for affected clients will span from the 20th of April and is expected to be fully completed by the 10th of July 2024. Rest assured that affected clients will receive communication via email 10 days before the account transition, as well as a follow-up email from both Hostonic and BoltByte post-transition.
Once the transition is complete, you can log in to myBoltByte using the same credentials you used for myHostonic. For convenience, you will still be able to access myHostonic, which will automatically redirect you to myBoltByte upon completion of the transition for your account.
We assure you that your service will not be impacted, and we will strive to minimize any disruptions during this transition period. Your satisfaction and seamless experience remain our top priorities.
