After careful consideration and strategic planning, we have decided to dissolve Hostonic LTD and merge its operations into our other entity called Hostonic Hosting Limited. This restructuring is aimed at streamlining our operations, enhancing efficiency, and creating a stronger foundation for future growth and expansion.
It's important to note that despite this change, the parent company overseeing Hostonic Hosting Limited will remain THNYK LTD. This change will not only streamline our operations but also create opportunities for future acquisitions and expansion initiatives, which we are excited to announce in the near future.
As part of this transition, you may notice a change in the name displayed on your bank statements. Going forward, transactions related to our services will be displayed under THNYK LTD. Depending on your payment provider, you may see it as THNYK LTD or THNYK LTD Hostonic.
We understand that change can sometimes be unsettling, but please rest assured that this restructuring is aimed at serving you better and strengthening our commitment to providing you with top-notch services.
