Dear Customer,
As Christmas is round the corner, we have now officially published our Opening Hours for Christmas & New Year.
A Temporary / Shortened Service will be available for day(s) our Customer Hub is closed, however wait times may be considerably longer.
Opening Hours:
December 24th 2021 - 2:00pm to 8:00pm (GMT)
December 25th 2022 - No Customer Service.
December 26th 2022- No Customer Service.
December 27th 2022 - 2:00pm to 11:00pm (GMT)
December 28th 2022 - 2:00pm to 11:00pm (GMT)
December 29th 2022 - 2:00pm to 11:00pm (GMT)
December 30th 2022 - 2:00pm to 11:00pm (GMT)
December 31st 2022 - 10:00am to 2:00pm (GMT)
January 1st 2023 - No Customer Service.
January 2nd 2023 - No Customer Service.
January 3rd 2023 - 12:00pm to 8:00pm (GMT)
All other dates and time will have the opening hours of 11:00am to 7:00pm, normal opening hours resume on January 5th 2023.
About our Temporary Service (Out of Hours):
Our Temporary Service means that our Support will be via Tickets only, and Live Chat and Phone Lines will be unavailable.
Our Temporary/Skeleton Service will be outsourced to an external company, and may not have access to all servers and resources. For Tickets that cannot be answered by our Temporary Service, your ticket will be forwarded to Hostonic Staff to reply on the next working day.
We ask that you allow us some extra time over the festive period, to respond to queries and tickets, as we expect to be busier than usual.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you, however we hope you can understand our Team deserve a much needed day-off and to spend time with their families.
Your Service with Hostonic will NOT be affected. Wait times for Customer Support maybe significantly longer.
