From 1st September 2022, so you know emails that we send you are genuine we will now be including the last four digits of your account number and will never ask you for personal details.
We’ll also be reintroducing our Support Pin verification process and shall now ask for your 6 digit Support Pin code which can by found at https://hostonic.co.uk/pin.
Your Support Pin is regenerated every 48 hours or upon request and is unique to your account only. You’ll be required to disclose this to our Team over the phone (08000096820), Live Chat or Ticket Support.
Alongside the changes mentioned above, Hostonic shall no longer be displaying chat or ticket support messages sent to you by our team via email. This is to prevent fraud or unauthorised access to your account in-case your email account is hacked.
To view support messages sent to you by our team you’ll now be required to login to your account to view these, however general account emails such as Payment Reminders will still be sent to you as normal and when required.
In December we shall also be introducing some more new security measures to better protect you, your clients and services. A full summary of these changes will be announced at a later date.
