This announcement is to notify you of a Planned Upgrade for myHostonic Client Portal (my.hostonic.co.uk).
The upgrade is planned to commence on 29th March 2022 at 23:00 (BST).
The upgrade is planned to be complete on 30th March 2022 at 01:15 (BST)₁. (₁Planned completion time is only a guideline and may not be accurate)
Upgrade Outcome:
Hostonic will be launching a brand new dedicated server for myHostonic. We've decided to take this decision because of frequent downtime occurring on myHostonic, and it's currently unstable due to sharing servers with our main site, Hostonic.co.uk alongside the 1000s of resources used every second.
We aim for myHostonic to be fully migrated over to the dedicated server, whereby myHostonic will not share resources with Hostonic.
Leading to more uptime and improved loading speeds on myHostonic.
During the planned upgrade access to my.Hostonic.co.uk will be temporarily unavailable. Your service will remain operational and is accessible via it's dedicated client portal.
